These tips for caring of your nails and hands will help you:
Water-based cream or petroleum jelly well retains moisture in the nails, softens the skin around the nails and hands. At night after spreading a dense layer of the cream or petroleum jelly to the nails and the skin of the hands you should wear cotton gloves. Make the mask for the hands at least 3 times a week.
Make bath for nails with any vegetable oil. You can add 3 - 4 drops of iodine and lemon juice in the oil. Duration of treatment from 15 to 30 minutes, 2-3 times a week. Oil should be heated in a water bath and you can store it in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for two weeks.
Lemon is very good for stratified nails. Cut a lemon in half and press your nails into the flesh. This procedure lasts 15 minutes. It needs to be done several times a week.
